Refund & cancellation policy

This return, refund, and cancellation policy defines the applicable circumstances in which the policy document will be pertinent.

  • Amount once paid to buy our membership plan shall not be reversed, except some special cases.
  • If the amount has been debited from user’s account but the enrolment to membership plan is unsuccessful, customer can request for a return or refund within the 24 hours of transaction.
  • The customer will be required to make a refund request along with the transaction ID and original payment receipt.
  • By visiting our website (www.applykaroo.com), user agrees that we at our sole discretion may suspend or terminate user account or partly use of the services without prior notice.
  • Upon termination of services for any reason, user agrees to immediately stop using the same.

ApplyKaroo shall not be responsible and incur no liability to one or more of the following:

  • If the payment instructions issued by the user are incomplete, inaccurate, and/or invalid.
  • If the payment account has insufficient funds to cover the payable amount for the subscription plan.
  • If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge.
  • If the user’s bank refuses to honor the payment instructions.
  • Any natural and/or man-made circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood, bank strikes, power failure, system failure, riots, and network breakdown).
  • By visiting our website and continue using our services, users agree and acknowledge the applied refund, return, and cancellation policies. ApplyKaroo reserves the right to edit, modify, update, and/or delete any part of this policy without prior notice to the user.
